Well, currently what I SHOULD be doing, is studying for my quiz at 3:30, however, I'm having a slightly hard time focusing, so I'm going to update on here instead. I'm so sorry it's been so long since I've done this. I read everyone else's so often and sort of forget I have my own and that maybe just maybe some people might want to know what I'm up to haha.

Let's see what's new here, well first of all I still have a job this summer, Horay! I was a little bit concerned because I tried to contact them most of spring break and I got nothing, :o/ BUT they called me back my first day back and school and reassured me that I did indeed still have a job. My summer and next semester are going to be absolutely insane for me but it should be a good time anyway. Over the summer I'll be babysitting from 7 to about 5 Monday through Friday, then when I get home I'll probably have some food and then head over the the dance studio (which I haven't discovered yet but I'm determined to find one I can use), to work on choreographing for an hour or so, then I'll come back home and sit and study for my GRE's for an hour and then after that I can finally have a social life until around 11 when I need to sleep again to wake up at 6. Basically I'm just not going to sleep and everything will work out. The funny thing is it will because I don't usually sleep that much anyway and I've made it this far right?

My schedule for next semester is going to be awesome. I have four classes that actually meet, Music Appreciation, Abnormal Psychology, Jazz II, and Modern II. I have class from 10-12 Monday Wednesday, Friday and from 11-3:15 with a break in the middle Tuesday Thursday. I'm extra excited because next semester I have my dance classes all in the same days and no other classes so I don't have to worry about coming to class sweaty and tired as I have to quite often this semester. Even though I won't be in class much I will have a ton of stuff to keep me busy. I'm doing an independent study with my Advisor about researching counseling as a career in the field of Psychology, I will be doing my senior recital for dance (My capstone) which will take up quite a few hours of practicing a week, I will be a TA for my Advisor in either Cognitive Psychology or History and Systems in Psychology, I will be hopefully helping out counseling services with some research and I'm thinking about trying out for the concert dance company here on campus. WHEW! I'm going to lead a crazy life but I'm going to LOVE it because just about everything I'm doing involves things I'm interested in or love doing. Horay!

This week should have been a much crazier week than it has been, but I've been very lazy and doing only the bare minimum, which will come back to bite me on my quiz today as well as next week when I'll want a coma injection more than you can imagine because I'll have so much to do. But that's fine I can totally handle it :o).

ANDREW KOHRS IS COMING THIS WEEKEND!!! And I'm just really excited about it!! Emily's friends Justin and Chris are going to come up as well which will also be fabulous. Her friend Micaela was supposed to come as well but those plans changed which is quite sad, but hopefully she'll come soon!! Emily's Friend Sarah is also coming up for the day on Saturday which is suuuper exciting! I'm just pumped about that weekend it's going to be great.

I'm having a ridiculously hard time with milk products lately my lactose intolerance has gotten to an unbearable level, even the littlest bit of milk and my body just freaks out. I'm really sick of being constantly nauseous however it's much much more difficult that I would have ever imagined or expected to avoid ALL milk products, and basically I haven't been. I keep trying but everyday I end up eating at least a little and then I'm feeling terrible again. Seriously though, try to go a day without eating anything with milk in, it's nearly impossible, milk is in EVERYTHING, well everything good at least. Not to mention ALL i want to eat is milk products, I crave them hardcore, which is totally cruel, lactose intolerant people should NOT crave milk, it doesn't even make sense. Anyway I think I'm going to go see a doctor about it, get it diagnosed for real and then get some medicine I can take before I eat it, then all will be well. BRING ON THE MAC N CHEESE!!

Alright well I've wasted way to much time on here already and lets be honest my life just really isn't very interesting right now :o) Take care everyone!

  1. I randomly came across this through Facebook. hahaha! So, I actually developed lactose intolerance, and it sucks but you can find pills you can take just before you eat milk or ice cream and they WORK!! The Target off-brand works just as well. The original is called Lact-Aid; I can give you some if you want to try them!!
